Mr. Johns is a technology executive with a strong track record of scaling businesses and exits.

He started at IBM (key role in launching the IBM PC XT), then joined early Compaq Computer, growing its PC Division from $100M to $3.4B as Senior VP and General Manager.

He founded Monorail Corporation (Monorail PC™ and IBM NetVista™ manufacturing), then served as COO of Internet Security Systems (ISS), leading the Proventia™ turnaround before its $1.3B sale to IBM in 2006.

Later, he was Owner/CEO of NIVIS LLC, a wireless sensor company sold to Honeywell in 2018.

He currently serves as Senior Advisor at Four Bridges Capital Advisors and advises CEOs in technology, operations, crypto, finance, and construction.
