Jay Jacobs

Chairman

Jay Jacobs served as Auburn University’s Athletics Director from 2005 to 2018 (13 years, third-longest in school history).

Under his leadership, Auburn won 12 national championships and 25 conference titles, while department revenue nearly tripled from $57.3M to $147.5M. He oversaw $220M+ in facility upgrades, enhanced the student-athlete experience with new nutrition, mental health, and housing resources, and significantly improved the game-day environment.

Named 2017 NACDA/Under Armour Athletics Director of the Year, Jacobs previously rose through Auburn’s athletics ranks after playing football and coaching there.

He later served as Executive Senior Associate AD at the University of Florida (2018–2023), overseeing Football, Women’s Basketball, and external operations before retiring.

Doug Johns

Mr. Johns is a technology executive with a strong track record of scaling businesses and exits.

He started at IBM (key role in launching the IBM PC XT), then joined early Compaq Computer, growing its PC Division from $100M to $3.4B as Senior VP and General Manager.

He founded Monorail Corporation (Monorail PC™ and IBM NetVista™ manufacturing), then served as COO of Internet Security Systems (ISS), leading the Proventia™ turnaround before its $1.3B sale to IBM in 2006.

Later, he was Owner/CEO of NIVIS LLC, a wireless sensor company sold to Honeywell in 2018.

He currently serves as Senior Advisor at Four Bridges Capital Advisors and advises CEOs in technology, operations, crypto, finance, and construction.

Jason Sullivan

Jason Sullivan is a financial services executive and entrepreneur. He began his career on Wall Street as a Nasdaq Market Maker and Trader, then joined JPMorgan Chase as an executive in its Wholesale Lending Division, where he helped build Chase’s wholesale mortgage platform in Florida.

In 2010, he founded an independent insurance agency in Boca Raton, Florida. He grew it into one of the state’s top personal lines firms before selling it to Baldwin Risk Partners (now Baldwin Insurance Group) in 2018. Jason played a key role in taking the company public in 2019 (ticker: BWIN) and ringing the Nasdaq opening bell. He remains a Managing Partner, and the firm he leads has grown more than 300% over the past six years.

Education: Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Organizational Communication, University of Central Florida (track scholarship).
