Silverback built the concrete foundation for the new tower expansion at HCA Florida’s Lake City Hospital, working with Robins & Morton. We delivered spread footings, piers, walls, an elevator pit, and slab-on-grade — all with in-house termite treatment. One reliable partner from bugs to boom pumps, ensuring fewer delays and stronger, safer results.

Silverback is proud to support North Central Baptist Church in Gainesville with their new 3,100 SF addition. Working with Foresight Construction Group, we delivered concrete, boom and trailer pumps, termite treatment, and prefabricated reinforcements — building a strong, lasting foundation for generations to come.

In 2020, Silverback built our own ready-mix plant after removing 1,200 CY of substandard concrete on a Virginia data center. We created the patent-pending Silverback Game Changer 3500 thermal mix (RHO low 30s), far exceeding Microsoft’s <55 spec for superior performance.

Silverback completed a 38,000 SF foundation package for Dominion Energy in South Boston, VA with Barton Malow Builders. We delivered 900 cubic yards of continuous and spread footings, concrete piers, slab-on-grade, and slab on metal deck — providing a rock-solid base for this critical energy infrastructure project, completed in 2025.

Silverback completed the full structural and site concrete package for SCA First Coast Orthopedic Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Working with Robins & Morton, we delivered 7,193 SF of concrete work in 2025 — including in-house pumping and termite treatment for a seamless, high-quality result.

Out with the old, in with the smooth. 40,000 SF of cart paths demoed, hauled off, prepped, and poured at Turkey Creek Golf Course. Demo to finish, done right and ready for your next tee time.

Silverback provided structural and site concrete for the new patient recovery apartments at UF Health’s Florida Recovery Center in Gainesville. Working with Parrish McCall, we delivered slabs, retaining walls, sidewalks, and stairways — with broom-finished exterior surfaces and smooth interior finishes. Helping create a strong, secure foundation for healing and recovery.

Silverback supported The Rock Church expansion in Gainesville with two new buildings: a 4,710 SF Admin Building and a 1,702 SF Storage Building. We provided our own concrete, pumps, termite treatment, reinforcement, and full manpower to complete the structural concrete, site concrete, and masonry work.
